ISAAC Connect serves as a companion app seamlessly integrated with the ISAAC InControl solution and ruggedized tablet, specifically designed for the logistics environment. This mobile application enables truck drivers to maintain connectivity with their fleet through personal devices, affording them flexibility wherever they may be.

The user-friendly interface of the ISAAC Connect mobile app is tailored for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers, offering a range of functionalities that enhance communication and operational efficiency:

• Continue chat conversations with dispatch while waiting for your morning coffee or next assignment.
• Initiate direct conversations with the office at your convenience.
• Centralize all communications and exchanged documents in a secure location.
• Receive essential details regarding your upcoming departure.
• Access updated load schedules while on the road.
• Obtain accurate hours-of-service information, including remaining hours in your shift and cycle.
• Track when your hours-of-service (HOS) clock resets, down to the second.
• Send a copy of your hours-of-service (HOS) to your personal email address for record-keeping.
• Review important documents related to your trip.
• Analyze performance reports for continuous improvement.
• Available in both English and French to accommodate a wider range of users.

Important Note: The use of ISAAC Connect necessitates the installation and registration of an ISAAC electronic logging device (ELD) under a monthly service plan. It is essential to note that this app is not intended to replace the core in-cab solution of ISAAC InControl, which adheres to ELD regulations in the US and Canada. Carriers must enable communication between ISAAC InControl and ISAAC Connect; please consult your carrier to activate your access.
